I did this a few weeks ago, but it looks like the image I posted earlier.
In this pic I used :
Macs Concealer in Nw45 all over including on the eyelids
Macs eyeshadow in Expresso for the crease
NYX eye shadow base as a highlight
Macs Natural Skin Finish in Deep Dark
